A pylon of copper and Plexiglas stands on a portable metal base. A refreshing liquid will appear in the transparent tube, thanks to an electric pump, and it will complete an electrical circuit and turn on a row of bulbs; these will then turn off when the fluid flows back down. Our creation is able to transmute and transmit any type of emotional signal, be it human or extra-human. The purpose is to cool relations between individuals and the like with a hydro-electronic circuit which can turn anyone's sentence or action into something positive, even when honestly it is not! Special wheels facilitate transportation of the apparatus to more or less pleasant locations, where hopefully someone might benefit from such an essential and useful invention. When dialog lacks fairness, let us at least transmit civility.
